1. What TraderSaarthi Is — and Isn't

TraderSaarthi is an AI-assisted trading journal for Indian traders. It helps you log trades, track discipline and behavioural patterns, set and enforce your own trading rules, and review your performance over time.

TraderSaarthi is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, broker, or research analyst. Nothing in the Service — including the Saarathi AI Morning Brief, Rule Guard alerts, or Monthly Mirror Report — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any trading outcome. All trading and investment decisions you make are solely your own responsibility. Past performance shown in the Service is not indicative of future results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use TraderSaarthi. By registering, you confirm this is the case.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

TraderSaarthi is offered on the following plans:

• Free — ₹0, up to 10 trades/month, basic analytics, 5 Saarathi AI messages/day.
• Monthly Pro — ₹999/month, billed monthly, auto-renewing.
• Annual Pro — ₹9,999/year (equivalent to ₹833/month), billed annually, auto-renewing.

Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service.
• Upload data you don't have the right to share, or that infringes another party's rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and the Saarathi AI system, is owned by UjjVilas Enterprises and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your trading data and journal entries remain yours — using the Service doesn't transfer ownership of your data to us.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights (Morning Brief, Rule Guard, Monthly Mirror) will be accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UjjVilas Enterprises will not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UjjVilas Enterprises harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
